The Microsoft Intune and SCCM Position is crucial for overseeing and managing endpoint devices, ensuring security, and providing technical support to enhance organizational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesEndpoint Management:Oversee and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, including the creation and maintenance of configuration policies, Windows Update rings, and Windows Autopilot configurations. PowerShell Scripting:Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and management of endpoint tasks. Group Policy Migration:Lead and execute group policy migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption. SCCM Administration:Manage System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) including software update groups, patching, and application deployment. Endpoint Security:Implement and manage endpoint security measures to protect devices from vulnerabilities and threats. Incident Management:Provide L3 support for incident management, troubleshooting and resolving complex endpoint-related issues. Technical Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including procedures, policies, and configuration guides.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on endpoint management and security. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. Proficient in the Microsoft tech stack: Windows operating systems, Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, Intune, M365, Group Policy, Entra/Azure AD, and other cloud-based platforms and services. Proven experience in group policy migration and SCCM administration. Strong knowledge of software update groups, patching, and application deployment processes. Experience in endpoint security best practices and implementation. Proficiency in handling L3 incident management and providing advanced technical support. Excellent technical documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Required SkillsExpertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
