The group is currently focused on Shimla where it is developing 3 projects (10 lac sq ft) offering an entire range of products to the buyers - from plots to apartments to ultraluxury villas. The group is forever looking for talent to manage and fuel its growth.In Sales & Marketing, we are looking for ambitious professionals for the role of a Marketing Manager with experience in real estate industry, who will be responsible for overseeing the promotion of brand/products on various advertising platforms.We are looking for experience in various channels (out of home, broadcast, print, other outdoor activities, among others) as well as a strong sense of content to be used in various channels.Please note that the position is NOT for digital marekting role which is looked after by a separate team.Position: Manager/AGM/DGM MarketingKey Responsibilities/Criteria:- Devise marketing strategies of the group with special attention to creative content and messaging. - Handling all offline marketing related to different real estate related projects. - Coordiantion with Online /Digital Marketing to ensure that content and audience is in line with overall positioning of the brand. - Monitoring the PR, Advertising, Branding through various channels. - Ensuring the successful planning, execution, and optimization of all campaigns related to real-estate. - Working closely with the head of department presenting periodic performance reports, feedbacks and share funnel conversion improvement ideas of different sales lead. - Ensuring all project contents are updated regularly as per project status and updates.Qualifications:- Degree in marketing from a premium B school (Preferred). - Minimum 5 years proven experience in real estate (Mandatory).
