We are seeking a talented individual to join our Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai/ Gift City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Process Manager - Private Equity, Mergers & AcquisitionsThis is a middle office function to deal with all operational aspects of PEMA practiceWe will count on you to:- After a deal is closed, liaising with insurers for invoices to be raised on clients - Liaising with Marsh ops team for getting a deal accrued and invoiced - Following up with clients for payments to insurer and also to Marsh, and for related documents - Liaising with insurers to ensure that their tax papers are in place, which are required at the time of premium transfers - Helping the team raise and manage lifecycle of Mpower entriesWhat you need to have:- Post graduation - 2+ years of experience, and someone who is interested in managing middle office operational function. - Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian corporate, MNCs and PSU clients. - Domain knowledge preferredWhat makes you stand out?- Proven Leadership skill traits (elected leader in community, school & college).
