The company operates in 80+ locations, PAN India.Experience: 12 - 14 yrs.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Chandigarh (HO)Salary: up to 75 K - 85 K / Month based on experienceRoles and Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.- Develop and lead HR strategies that support the company's long-term business goals. - Oversee talent acquisition to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. - Build a strong workplace culture focused on employee engagement, performance, and values. - Manage performance review processes and ensure alignment with company objectives. - Design competitive compensation and benefits structures that support motivation and retention. - Drive leadership development and employee training programs across all levels. - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal HR policies. - Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure effectiveness. - Lead organizational change efforts, including restructuring, policy updates, and process improvements. - Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering a high-performing, service-oriented function. - Implement HR technology and systems to improve efficiency and transparency. - Advise senior leadership on people-related risks, succession planning, and workforce strategy.Desired Candidate Profile:We are looking for smart committed individuals with - strong communications & team skills, resourcefulness and overall positive attitude who values his/her professional growth.- MBA HR or equivalent with relevant experience - 12+ years' experience in Human Resources - Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies - Demonstrated expertise in grievance redressal - Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills - Attention to detail and good judgement
