Job Description

Unidus Decor Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven CRM Specialist to own and optimize the customer journey—from lead acquisition to sales conversion and beyond. This role will manage the CRM system, streamline lead-to-revenue operations, and implement data-driven strategies for nurturing leads and improving conversion rates. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure every lead is tracked, engaged, and progressed systematically to support revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:CRM Management:Administer and optimize the CRM system to ensure complete, accurate, and updated lead and customer information.Design, manage, and monitor workflows, automations, and CRM campaigns across sales touchpoints.Train sales and support teams on CRM use and ensure consistent data practices. Lead Assignment & Tracking:Ensure 100% lead mapping – every incoming lead is assigned to a sales representative within a defined time frame.Monitor lead follow-ups and response timelines.Ensure each lead gets prompt, tailored follow-ups to boost conversion chances.Track all leads with due dates within a month to ensure timely response by the assigned salesperson, escalating where needed.For leads with interest due beyond a month, categorize them (e.g., Contractor, Architect, End Customer) and implement automated or scheduled communication workflows through email or WhatsApp based on their type and buying cycle. Lead Nurturing & Engagement:Revenue Operations: Data Analysis & Reporting: Process Improvement & Governance: Communication Management:Key Skills & Qualifications:·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).·       5–8 years of experience in CRM management, sales/revenue operations, or related areas like email marketing or marketing automation.·       Curious mindset with willingness to test lightweight automation solutions to improve team efficiency.·       Ability to identify repetitive tasks and suggest practical tech solutions to streamline operations.·       Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot).·       Proficient in email marketing tools, automation platforms, and WhatsApp communication tools.·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.·       Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.Preferred:·       Experience in home décor, interior products, B2C/B2B sales.·       Understanding of customer types like architects, contractors, and end-users.·       Ability to manage multiple projects and communications workflows simultaneously.
