We are now expanding our digital marketing team to enhance our online presence and brand engagement.Key Responsibilities :Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.Create and schedule engaging content including graphics, captions, reels, and stories according to clients requirements.Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and manage community engagement.Collaborate with designers and content writers to plan campaigns and promotions.Analyze performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvements.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Assist in paid advertising campaigns when required.Research competitors and suggest strategies to boost online visibility and lead generation.Requirements:Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.Basic graphic designing skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools).Good written communication skills with client management.Familiarity with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Availability to work in either of the two specified shifts.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience with Social media marketing, content writing, or digital advertising is an added advantage.Creative mindset and passion for digital media.
