We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Lead with a strong background in Marketing . This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of marketing strategy campaigns from concept to execution across digital, social media, and offline channels. Preferred Experience : 2-5 years (max)Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of multichannel campaigns - especially social media and festive marketing campaigns.Independently ideate and roll out digital first campaigns, promotions, and retail launch campaigns.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.Social Media Management:Manage social media, calendar execution, content planning, and creative briefing.Work with inhouse teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact visuals and reels.Track performance metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions, and suggest optimizations.Agency Collaboration:Liaise with influencer, design, and media agencies.Manage external creative and performance marketing teams to deliver quality output on time.Retail Marketing Support:Plan and execute local store launch campaigns, instore branding, and event-based promotions.Coordinate WhatsApp marketing, print ads, and activation ideas for retail footfall.What You Bring:2–5 years of marketing experience, exposure to a creative or digital marketing agency would be a bonus.Proven track record of managing and executing social media and brand campaigns independently.A flair for storytelling and fashion-led communication.Knowledge in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Ads, Excel/Sheets for reporting.Ability to think creatively, manage timelines, and work under minimal supervision.Good to Have:Experience working with women’s fashion/lifestyle brands.Exposure to UGC & influencer collaborations.
