About the Role:We’re building one of India’s most luxurious and medically advanced aesthetic, regenerative, and wellness clinics — right here in Chennai.BM Elite International Clinic will offer cutting-edge services across dermatology, plastic surgery, trichology, dentistry, stem cell therapies, IV drips, VIP recovery suites, elite concierge care, and more.We're looking for a Clinic Operations & Launch Manager to join us in this journey — someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, drive execution, coordinate vendors, manage daily operations, and ensure the clinic lives up to its elite brand promise.You’ll work directly with:Dr. Rajinikanth (Founder, Plastic Surgeon)Senior Cosmetologist (Medical Director)Dentist & support teamKey Responsibilities:Pre-LaunchBreak the clinic plan into actionable tasks and deadlinesCoordinate interiors, medical equipment, software, branding, and logisticsWork with tech vendors (app, CRM, website), packaging vendors, and designersSet up Bridal & Groom service flow, VIP Lounge experience, Black Card programsBuild SOPs, staffing flow, patient journey, appointment systemsOrganize subscription skincare box logistics, service timelines, and launch readinessPost-LaunchRun daily clinic operations (staff scheduling, patient flow, stock handling)Enforce premium SOPs across all service verticalsManage subscriptions, loyalty tiers (Gold, Platinum, Diamond)Maintain concierge programs, celebrity entry protocols, telehealth workflowsCoordinate with partner brands (hotels, spas, airlines) for Elite Club perksLead operations reviews and growth reporting to foundersWho Should Apply:3–6 years in clinic, cosmetic, wellness, or hospital opsExperience launching or scaling premium healthcare/beauty spacesPassionate about building something new — not just managingCalm under pressure, strong communicator, very organizedConfident with staff, clients, vendors, and doctorsComfortable with CRM tools, basic tech integrations, service designBonus Points For:Experience in aesthetic brands (Oliva, Derma Clinics, Kaya, VLCC)Past work in cosmetic dental/spa/wellness formatsFamiliarity with telemedicine, booking apps, subscription modelsHospitality or luxury retail background is a strong plusCommitment Clause: As we’re building a premium center from the ground up, this role involves long-term planning and execution. We expect a minimum one-year tenure, renewable annually by mutual agreement.
