Designation: Senior Manager- Investments & New InitiativesExperience: 5 - 7 YearsLocation: GurugramJoining: Immediate Joiners Preferred We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our team as Senior Manager – Investor Relations & New Initiatives. This pivotal role combines investor-facing responsibilities with the identification and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives that align with our long-term growth agenda.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consulting, investment analysis, and corporate strategy, along with proven experience managing institutional investor relationships. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive both external stakeholder engagement and internal strategic execution.Key Responsibilities:● Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance transparency and build investor confidence.● Prepare investor presentations, earnings reports, financial disclosures, and corporate updates.● Lead investor meetings, roadshows, and analyst interactions on behalf of the company.● Maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.● Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, and peer performance to shape IR strategy.● Evaluate and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry strategies.● Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development for new initiatives.● Oversee cross-functional execution of strategic projects and ensure timely delivery.● Conduct commercial due diligence and risk assessments in collaboration with internal and external teams.● Collaborate with the leadership team on long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.● Track competitive dynamics, macroeconomic indicators, and industry trends to support executive decision-making.● Prepare high-quality strategic documents and board-level presentations.Qualifications:●Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) in Finance, Strategy, or related discipline from a reputed institution.● 3–5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or M&A advisory.● Experience leading or managing due diligence processes in corporate acquisitions, partnerships, or investments.● Strong financial analysis and business modeling skills.● Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.● Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.● Familiarity with data analysis and business intelligence tools.● Experience with project management, managing timelines, and coordinating teams across functions.Skills & Attributes:● Strong leadership capabilities and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.● Advanced understanding of market dynamics, and strategic analysis.● Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate complex financial, operational, and legal data.● Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.Why Join Us?At Pidge, we’re not just transforming logistics — we’re building something that matters.
