We are expanding our field sales team in the Bardhaman districts and seeking motivated individuals to join us. Job Summary : As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our reach within the East and West Bardhaman districts, based out of Durgapur . You will conduct daily field visits, build strong relationships with potential customers and channel partners (tutor community), and contribute to the overall growth of our platform. Key Responsibilities : ● Direct Sales & Customer Acquisition: ○ Conduct daily field visits to schools, coaching centers, and other relevant institutions. ○ Identify and engage potential customers, presenting the value proposition of our EdTech platform. ○ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. ○ Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues. Channel Partner Development : ○ Identify and recruit potential channel partners in the assigned territory. ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners. ○ Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales performance. Market and Research Feedback : ○ Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. ○ Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the assigned territory. ○ Provide regular reports to the manager about sales activities. Relationship building : ○ Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and local influencers. ○ Represent the company in a professional manner. Qualification and Skill ● Experience: ○ Proven experience in field sales, in education, or related sectors. ○ Experience working in rural-urban markets is highly desirable. ○ Experience in channel sales is a plus. ○ Experience in personal tutoring or prior teaching experience at a reputed school Skills : ○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Strong sales and negotiation skills. ○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ○ Strong organizational and time management skills. ○ Ability to build and maintain relationships. ○ Knowledge of the local market in the Bardhaman districts. Educational Qualifications: ○ Bachelor's degree minimum.
