This role is crucial in driving our marketing strategy across various channels, including Email Marketing, Performance/Digital Marketing, SEO, and Events/Exhibitions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.Key Responsibilities:Email Marketing:Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.Segment email lists and create personalized content that drives engagement and conversions.Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize future campaigns.Performance/Digital Marketing:Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads.Develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and refine marketing tactics.SEO (Search Engine Optimization):Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, and adjust strategies based on data insights.Exhibitions and Events:Plan and execute B2B exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate events to showcase our products/services and generate leads.Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and work with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.Develop post-event follow-up strategies to convert leads into opportunities and measure event ROI.General Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams/agencies, including Sales, Product, and Design, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.Create and manage marketing content across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, and social media.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, digital performance, SEO, and event management.Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, SEO tools, and digital advertising platforms.
