We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a good experience of hiring in Singapore Market with good stakeholder management skills.Location:- Nagwada, BengaluruWork Mode:- HybridResponsibilties:-Overseeing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for advanced manufacturing clients, with a primary focus on the automobile and aerospace industries in Singapore.Ensuring service excellence as a brand ambassador and serving as a consultative partner to hiring managers, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.Implementing innovative search techniques to identify and secure top-tier talent, while continuously monitoring and analyzing industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.Providing mentorship to team members and ensuring proactive, timely, and effective communication throughout all stages of the recruitment cycle, thereby upholding the integrity and efficiency of the hiring process.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a closely related field; or equivalent professional experienceProfessional Experience:A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable, results-driven recruiting experienceMinimum 2 to 3 years of direct experience in Singapore-based hiring practices is mandatoryProven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels is essentialCritical Competencies:Demonstrated expertise in niche segment or industry-specific (Aerospace or Automobile Industries) recruitment strategies is a plus.Advanced proficiency in utilizing cutting-edge recruiting technologies and sophisticated deep web sourcing techniquesRigorous adherence to documentation protocols and compliance processesExceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
