The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety measures. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and an in-depth understanding of rubber recycling processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Plant Operations & Production Management Oversee the daily operations of the crumb rubber manufacturing plant. Plan, coordinate, and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency. Ensure smooth functioning of machinery and equipment with minimal downtime. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.2. Quality Control & Compliance Maintain high-quality standards as per industry and regulatory norms. Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.3. Cost & Resource Optimization Manage budgets and control operational costs to improve profitability. Monitor raw material procurement and inventory to prevent wastage. Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.4. Team Leadership & Workforce Management Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and plant workers. Train staff on best practices, safety procedures, and operational excellence. Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.5. Maintenance & Equipment Management Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed for plant machinery. Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate with the maintenance team. Implement modern technology and automation for improved efficiency.6.
