We’re looking for a Project Manager who can plan, manage, and—if needed—roll up their sleeves and code (or at least debug with the devs). What This Role Is Really About: - Managing multiple tech projects with changing requirements - Talking to clients, setting realistic expectations, and keeping delivery sharp - Translating business goals into actionable dev tasks - Learning fast when you don’t know something (happens often here) - Sometimes jumping into Git, APIs, or a staging server to make sure things are not falling apart Must-Haves: - Experience managing software projects (agency/service company is a plus) - Familiarity with modern web/mobile stacks (React, Node, Flutter, Firebase, etc.) - Excellent communication (both with devs and clients) - Organized, resourceful, and allergic to excuses - Comfortable with tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, GitHub, and Google Sheets Bonus If You: - Can write or debug code (not daily, but when needed) - Have worked with remote teams - Can handle 3-5 small projects simultaneously without losing your mind Budget Talk (Because You Deserve Honesty): We’re not offering unicorn money, but we offer ownership, learning, and long-term growth.
