Job Profile Overview:1) Hands on Experience in PV Elite software.2) Knowledge of ASME Pressure Vessel calculations with codes for Vessel design & Heat Exchangers.3) Conversant with Structural & Stress design Calculation.4) Able to Review General Arrangement (GA) drawings as per Technical offer.5) Knowledge of welding requirements for pressure vessel fabrication.6) Interpret P&ID drawings.7) Candidates with Biotech/Pharma equipment design & ASME BPE experience will be preferred.Education Qualification: B.E In Mechanical Eng.Years of Experience: Min.10 Yrs in Pressure Vessel Equipment designKey Responsibilities :1) Attend Kick- off Meetings with Project Department and Stand Up Meeting on daily basis.2) Schedule & assign project to team members.3) Check all GA, Fabrication & Component drawing before releasing to Production Department.4) Avoid deviations and provide correct action during manufacturing, if required.5) Have close coordination with Production & Project department to align with schedules.Skills:1) Should have extensively designed pressure vessels & heat exchangers in PV Elite software.2) Working knowledge of CAD/ AutoCAD software. 3) Bill Of Material (BOM) Creation from GA drawings in any ERP software.4) Experience in handling Plant3D software will be added advantage. Certifications:1) Introduction to ASME Pressure Vessel section VIII Div.1
