The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales MIS, strategic planning, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies including WSP (Wholesale Selling Price) and RSP (Retail Selling Price). This is a key role supporting the leadership team with insights that drive business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Design and manage Sales MIS frameworks to monitor performance and business metrics.Lead strategic projects related to business growth, channel planning, and market expansion.Develop and refine pricing strategies including margin analysis, WSP & RSP management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Finance) for data-driven planning.Prepare and present monthly/quarterly strategic reports to leadership.Analyse competitive landscape and market trends to support decision-making.Identify and propose new business opportunities through data and industry insights.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key KPIs to aid leadership decision-making.Requirements:Strong command over advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred).Hands-on experience in WSP & RSP modelling, pricing analytics, and market benchmarking.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for executive stakeholder management.Highly analytical mind-set with a strategic approach to solving problems.
