We craft campaigns that deliver tangible results across education, healthcare, and other impact-driven sectors.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing, branding, and performance campaigns.Create tailored pitches and proposals for clients in key sectors like education, healthcare, real estate, and B2B.Own the entire sales lifecycle – lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, performance, design) to shape offerings aligned with client goals.Attend networking events, webinars, and client meetings to build long-term relationships.Maintain a robust sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly.Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Key Requirements:3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, branding, performance marketing).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.Comfortable with CRM tools, data, and reporting.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Preferred Skills:Industry knowledge in education, healthcare, or BFSI.Existing network of decision-makers (CMOs, brand heads, founders).Exposure to RFPs and pitching to enterprise-level clients.
