Feel free to apply!Job Summary:Emotorad is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Maintenance Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in automotive or electrical equipment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the production line by overseeing electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, planning preventive maintenance schedules, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute daily maintenance activities for electrical and mechanical systems in the plant.Troubleshoot and repair issues related to control panels, relays, sensors, conveyors, and production equipment.Interpret and work with electrical and mechanical drawings.Plan, document, and implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.Monitor and analyze MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBR (Mean Time Between Repairs) to drive improvements.Ensure availability and validation of spare parts and maintenance tools.Support production teams to minimize equipment downtime and enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely resolution of maintenance issues.Maintain and update audit documentation and PM checklists as per compliance requirements.Utilize PLC programming knowledge to troubleshoot automated systems.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringExperience: 5–6 years in maintenance roles within automotive or electrical equipment manufacturingTechnical Skills:Electrical & Mechanical MaintenanceControl Panels, Relays, Sensors, ConveyorsPLC ProgrammingPreventive Maintenance and SchedulingMTTR/MTBR AnalysisElectrical Component ManufacturingOEE CalculationsPM Checklists & Audit DocumentationDesired Qualities:Strong communication and leadership skillsEffective negotiation and interpersonal abilitiesProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
