We are expanding our field sales team in the Bardhaman districts and seeking motivated individuals to join us. Job Summary :As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our reach within the East and West Bardhaman districts, based out of Durgapur . You will conduct daily field visits, build strong relationships with potential customers and channel partners (tutor community), and contribute to the overall growth of our platform.Key Responsibilities :● Direct Sales & Customer Acquisition:○ Conduct daily field visits to schools, coaching centers, and other relevant institutions.○ Identify and engage potential customers, presenting the value proposition of our EdTech platform.○ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.○ Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.Channel Partner Development :○ Identify and recruit potential channel partners in the assigned territory.○ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.○ Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales performance.Market and Research Feedback :○ Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.○ Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the assigned territory.○ Provide regular reports to the manager about sales activities.Relationship building :○ Build strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and local influencers.○ Represent the company in a professional manner.Qualification and Skill● Experience:○ Proven experience in field sales, in education, or related sectors.○ Experience working in rural-urban markets is highly desirable.○ Experience in channel sales is a plus.○ Experience in personal tutoring or prior teaching experience at a reputed schoolSkills :○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.○ Strong sales and negotiation skills.○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.○ Strong organizational and time management skills.○ Ability to build and maintain relationships.○ Knowledge of the local market in the Bardhaman districts.Educational Qualifications:○ Bachelor's degree minimum.
