The role demands strong expertise in product costing, overall cost management, and financial cash flow planning, with the ability to collaborate across departments and provide key financial insights to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:A. Product Costing & Cost Analysis:Conduct detailed cost analysis of products across Plywood, Laminates, and MDF categories.Develop and monitor cost sheets and variance analysis reports.Collaborate with plant and production teams for BOM and process costing validation.B. Financial Planning & Cash Flow Management:Prepare and monitor short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.Ensure timely availability of funds for operations and capital expenditure.Analyse fund utilization and optimize working capital requirements.C. Budgeting & MIS:Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Generate monthly MIS reports and present key financial metrics to management.Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest financial strategies.D. Internal Controls & Compliance:Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and corporate governance norms.Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and support audit requirements.E. Stakeholder Management:Support the HOD in financial reporting and decision-making.Liaise with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and sales for accurate financial data.Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA) with 10–12 years of post-qualification experience.Hands-on experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
