We combine cutting-edge technology with sophisticated design to enhance modern living experiences.Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B sales environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with high-end customers and premium projects, ideally in the smart home, home automation, or luxury lifestyle technology space. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term client relationships, and leading growth initiatives in both residential and commercial sectors.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for B2C and B2B segments in for smart home automation products and solutions. - Identify and engage with potential clients including homeowners, interior designers, architects, real estate developers, and corporate clients. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing. - Build strong, lasting relationships with premium clientele by offering personalized solutions and a consultative sales approach. - Ensure a seamless customer experience, especially for luxury clients with high expectations on service and quality. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to the needs of high-end users. - Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on product positioning and promotional campaigns. - Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and stay ahead of industry changes. - Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting on KPIs and pipeline health regularly to management.Key Requirements:- 4–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in smart home automation, luxury consumer electronics, or high-end B2C/B2B services. - Demonstrated success in selling to both residential end users and commercial business clients segments. - Experience dealing with premium/luxury customers and understanding of their service expectations. - Strong network of contacts in real estate, architecture, or interior designers are recommended. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of smart home products and emerging trends - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced tech-driven environment is an advantage.HR TeamPH:+91 950 089 5016hrteam@
