Senior Aftermarket Sales EngineerORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE BUSINESS: INDUSTRIAL LOCATION: COIMBATORE DIRECT REPORTING: HEAD – SALES (INDUSTRIAL VALVES) FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: NAPOSITION DETAILS Position Summary Responsible for field service, AMC, aftermarket business development for Key Accounts, developing distributors, training of customers and channel partners to leverage CIRCOR brand.Principal Activities Manage and expand aftermarket business for the key accounts existing install base Implement after-market sales strategy for PAN India customers Building capabilities for dealers’ service engineers and deploying them for revenue generation through AMCs, Services and Spares Ensuring proactive service calls for generating revenue from service, AMC and spares Attending customer complaints, registering VOCs and offering solutions Co-ordinate Service calls and schedule service technicians’ visits for field service. Supervise technicians performing repairs in the field Will require to understand and handle critical technical issues Ensuring scheduled service visits for existing AMCs Map install base of CIRCOR products through field visits and collect competitor information Co-ordinate with front end sales team and support in identifying fore market opportunities. Arranging Periodic Plant training for dealers and customers as required To develop a process of monthly review with factory of the complaints related to Design, Manufacturing, Assembling, Quality, Storage & Transportation plus Field/Site handling Willingness to travel 70~80% PAN IndiaCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Skills & Abilities Problem Solving Attitude Strong Analytical Skills Organized and able to meet deadlines Good Negotiation Skills Technical Knowledge preferably on Valves/Industrial Goods and hands-on Experiences in similar profile Exposure of SAP & established ERP Module (Preferred) Technical knowledge of valves and flow controls systems Excellent verbal and written Communication (will be considered a Plus) AAA Familiarities or Ability to quickly learn & effectively use all IT Tools, Platforms and Software that Company uses like MS Teams, Skype, Outlook, Concur, Success factor etc. (will have extra weightage) Education & Experience Education : Should have BE (12th + 4yrs.) or Diploma (10th + 3yrs.) in Mechanical Engineering Experience : Should have minimum 7-10 Years (for Diploma)/ 5-7 Years (for BE) of Experience in handling Industrial Products, preferably Pumps/Valves/CompressorsCIRCOR is an EEO Employer of Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
