We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive. This role will focus on acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the highly competitive discount broking space.Key Responsibility Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as cold calling, online campaigns, references, and partnerships. Promote the firm’s trading platforms, brokerage plans, and value-added services to potential customers. Conduct product demos and presentations to convert leads into active trading clients. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain detailed records using CRM tools. Develop strategies to increase active client base and drive higher wallet share per client. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in the broking industry. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. 2-4 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development in discount broking. Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Mumbai based candidate NISM Certification (Series VIII)
