As part of our pilot batch, we're looking to hire a skilled Performance Marketing Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. - Create and manage ad copies, creatives (in coordination with the design team), and landing page strategies. - Monitor ad performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, and Meta Ads Manager. - Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, CTR, and CPL across multiple client accounts. - Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest strategic improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform policies. - Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align messaging and funnel strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns (agency experience preferred). - Strong understanding of PPC concepts, targeting strategies, bidding models, and attribution. - Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio. - Ability to manage ad budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting across platforms. - Knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, custom conversions, and pixel tracking. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.Desirable Additional Skills (Bonus)- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or Pinterest Ads. - Basic knowledge of landing page design (Unbounce, Elementor, Webflow, etc.). - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and lead funnel optimization. - Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.What We Offer- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses. - Opportunity to be part of the pilot batch building the agency’s core team. - Direct involvement in strategic planning and client growth. - Exposure to multiple industries and scalable ad accounts. - Collaborative and fast-paced work environment. - Learning & upskilling opportunities.
