PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESMAJOR ACTIVITIESApprove business requirements and design blueprints for Finance and SCM to be provided to IT work stream for implementation.Ensure that end-to-end impact / requirements of business transformation activities is understood, and design is fit for purpose to meet these requirements.Lead development and implementation of an end-to-end transformative solutions across Finance and SCM functionsIdentify opportunities for efficiency through automation and digitization of finance and scm processes across all operating entities with a high level of quality.RELEVANT EXPERIENCE –- Minimum 5 years consistent work experience covering similar functions in multinational companies. - 5 years’ senior managerial exposure in Financial Systems. - Design, Build and Execution experience within a Shared Services and Centre of Excellence operating model is required. - Demonstrated experience in transforming business processes as part of large scale back office transformations. - Demonstrated experience with global or multinational projects/programmes. - An excellent understanding of modern end-to-end Finance Telecom processes and practices. - Process redesign initiatives and Oracle ERP implementation project experience is desirable. - Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain strategic working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills using critical and innovative thinking.PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS- Strategic thinking. - Proven planning and organising skills. - Excellent executive leadership, general team management, problem solving, decision making, analytical and advanced project / resource management skills. - Excellent business, commercial and financial acumen. - Strong influencing skills. - Innovative problem solving skills. - Persistent drive for quality and results. - Strong facilitation skills. - Excellent communication and report writing. - Conflict resolution. - Sound interpersonal skill. - Exceptional analytical ability. - Strong logical evaluation and measuring skills.
