#Immediate #Joiner #Requirewe are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Business Development & SalesEngineer to expand our footprint in infrastructure and electrical #EPC projects. The candidate musthave prior experience in project-based sales and business development, particularly in sectors likeFoot Over Bridges (FOBs), warehouses, industrial structures, substations, and HT/LT electrical works.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in infra and electrical sectors.• Generate leads through industry networks, site visits, cold calls, and digital platforms.• Prepare and present customized technical and commercial proposals.• Build and maintain strong client relationships in both government and private sectors.• Understand project requirements, site conditions, and client expectations.• Coordinate with internal teams for technical evaluation, estimation, and delivery capabilities.• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and participate in exhibitions or tender briefings.• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.• Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.• Maintain documentation and track all sales activity through CRM or internal tools.• Provide market feedback on trends, pricing, and competition.• Assist in tender submissions and pre-qualification processes.Desired Profile & Skills:• Sound technical understanding of infrastructure and electrical projects.• Strong client networking and project acquisition skills.• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.• Experience in dealing with PWD, PSUs, EPC companies, and large private sector clients.• Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, tenders, and technical specifications.• Familiarity with project bidding and tendering processes.• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and proposal documentation.• High integrity, ownership, and goal orientation.Project Experience Preferred In:• Foot Over Bridges (FOBs)• Warehouse / Factory / Steel Building Construction• Truss and Large Steel Structure Fabrication & Erection• Substation & HT/LT Electrical Installations• Government & PSU Infrastructure ProjectsContact Details - 8595401369 Email - Hiringpoint.solutions@#BusinessDevelopment#SalesEngineer#InfrastructureProjects#ElectricalEPC#HiringNow#EngineeringJobs#ProjectSales#EPCProjects#JobSearchIndia#CivilEngineeringJobs#ElectricalEngineeringJobs#B2BSales#GovtProjects#ConstructionJobs#SteelStructures
