Yali Aerospace is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development to drive growth through market research, client acquisition, product pitching, and strategic partnerships. The role also includes crafting win-win strategies and optimizing procurement and business operations.ResponsibilitiesConduct market research and identify growth opportunities in the aviation sector.Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals.Acquire and manage client relationships across government and private sectors.Deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.Lead go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning.Build partnerships and streamline procurement processes.Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives.Represent Yali Aerospace at industry events and expos.QualificationsMBA in Marketing preferred; background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is a plus.2–5 years of experience in business development or UAV product sales.Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.Familiar with aviation, logistics, UAS, DGCA, and government sales.Willingness to travel and adapt in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary & performance bonusFlexible work schedule & paid time offProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee wellness programsBackground in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
