Join a team that values innovation and growth.What you’ll be working on: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients regarding group medical placements. Collect and verify employee data for enrollment in group medical plans. Coordinate timely issuance of medical cards and policy documents. Interface with insurance companies and third-party administrators (TPAs) for quotations, policy endorsements, claims processing, and renewals. Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals and clinics for empanelment and smooth claim settlements. Maintain accurate records of employee enrollments, endorsements, and cancellations. Ensure timely submission of required documentation to insurers and clients. Generate MIS reports related to enrollments, claims status, and policy utilization. Assist clients and employees with claim submissions, queries, and escalation handling. Ensure resolution of claim disputes in coordination with TPAs and insurers. Support in annual policy renewal processes including market comparison and quote analysis. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on placement status and client feedback.What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Healthcare, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in group medical insurance, healthcare placement, or related field. Familiarity with TPA processes, corporate health insurance, and medical benefits administration. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
