Position Title:Business Strategy & Pre-Revenue Valuation Expert Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India Compensation: Competitive Salary + Equity Options (for the right candidate) Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Founder & Investment BoardAbout the Company:We are a forward-looking legal-financial enterprise involved in property mortgage structuring, company acquisitions, legal compliance, and investment advisory under a highly integrated business model.As we prepare to scale up our pre-revenue valuation portfolio, including ₹5,250 crore worth of mortgage-based asset deals and ₹770 crore in investment disbursements, we are seeking a Business Strategy Expert who can build valuation reports, lead capital acquisition strategies, and align product and service development for growth.Role Summary:The Business Strategy & Pre-Revenue Valuation Expert will be responsible for:Strategic planning and business modeling tailored to pre-revenue company profiles;Developing comprehensive investor valuation reports, forecasts, and opportunity memoranda;Designing and refining product and service strategies to align with investor and market expectations;Driving funding strategies aligned to company value and projected asset expansion;Supporting capital raise mandates, investor pitches, and financial narratives;Collaborating with legal, finance, and technology teams to build a future-ready investment ecosystem.This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals who have cross-functional insight into business modeling, early-stage funding, asset-backed valuation, and structured portfolio growth.Key Responsibilities:A. Pre-Revenue Valuation StrategyDevelop valuation models specific to pre-revenue entities using discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable, milestone-based, and asset-backed methods.Work with the founder and investment partners to define company's worth based on future receivables, IP, contracts, and equity rights.Build scalable, investor-validated frameworks for valuation that can support multiple funding rounds.Conduct valuation audits for assets, liabilities, and project opportunities across real estate, legal tech, and financial services.B. Fundraising & Investment PlanningLead fundraising strategies from pre-seed to Series A rounds, with legal-compliant capital structures.Draft and present investment documents—pitch decks, CIMs, executive summaries, and term sheets.Map investor personas, match funding offers with business model strengths, and negotiate equity and structured debt instruments.Support in forming strategic investor alliances, escrow-backed participation models, and convertible equity channels.C. Product and Service Strategy DevelopmentDesign and refine service delivery models, pricing strategies, and product tiers aligned to legal-financial hybrid business operations.Collaborate with legal teams to convert complex legal and mortgage offerings into clear customer-facing products.Define go-to-market plans and client onboarding flows for new service launches.Integrate tech and legal components into a cohesive product suite for B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.D. Portfolio & Business DevelopmentAssist in building the company’s portfolio across asset acquisition, client memberships, and subscription-based revenues.Develop and maintain business scorecards and valuation dashboards to track portfolio expansion.Participate in deal structuring, client engagement, and partner onboarding to diversify asset portfolios.Identify untapped market segments for real estate, legal services, and financial investment solutions.E.
