As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients, industry leaders, and tech communities.Establish strategic partnerships with enterprises, start-ups, and tech innovators to drive adoption of our hybrid low-code platform.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand market share and improve revenue growth.Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align business strategies with product capabilities.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.Lead sales presentations, demos, and negotiations with key stakeholders.Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.Requirements1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in SaaS, AI, low-code, or software development industries.Strong understanding of low-code, no-code, and AI technologies and their business applications.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.Experience in building and managing partnerships with enterprises and technology providers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new market opportunities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).What We OfferSalary Range: ₹250K - ₹300K, plus performance based bonus.Flexible work environment.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, AI-driven tech company.Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative industry.If you're passionate about driving business growth in the next-gen software development industry, we’d love to hear from you.
