To expand our client base, we seek a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and drive business development by securing meetings with builders in Pune and Mumbai.Job OverviewAs a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling meetings with builders to showcase our unique structural consultancy services. You will work closely with our founder to arrange prospective meetings, manage communications, and ensure smooth coordination. This role requires frequent travel (primarily to Mumbai), excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Meeting Scheduling:Identify and contact builders in Pune and Mumbai to arrange meetings with directors or key decision-makers.Submit prospective meeting details for approval, including:a. Name of the firmb. Name and contact number of the director to meetc. Detailed addressd. Google Map location linke. Website (if available)Confirm and schedule meetings, notifying via email in the prescribed format:a. Name of the firmb. Name and contact number of the director to meetc. Detailed addressd. Google Map location linke. Websitef. Proposed meeting date and time2. Meeting Coordination:Accompany the founder to meetings with builders (mandatory presence).Target a minimum of 6 meetings with existing builders and 6 meetings with new builders per month3. Reporting & Tracking:Maintain records of meetings, expenses, and deal progress.Inform the company of any extra expenses for transparency (no additional reimbursement provided).Compensation & IncentivesMeeting-Based Payments:Existing Builders:a. ₹1,000 per meeting (1 builder)b. ₹2,000 per builder for up to 3 meetingsc. ₹2,500 per builder for up to 7 meetingsNew Builders:a. ₹1,500 per meeting (1 builder)b. ₹2,500 per builder for up to 3 meetingsc. ₹3,000 per builder for up to 7 meetingsRates include complete food and one-side travel expenses. No extra amounts will be paid.Up to 50% deduction in payment if the Marketing Executive is absent from a meeting.2. Bonus Structure:1% of the order value as a bonus for the first project of a new client (after receiving advance payment).0.5% of the order value for the second project of the same client.No bonus for the third project onwards.Example: For a ₹1 crore project (first project), the bonus is ₹1,00,000. If ₹60,000 has already been paid for meetings, ₹40,000 will be paid as the net bonus after advance payment.3.
