Job Description

Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as social media, databases, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online research.Outbound Communication: Reach out to leads via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to introduce our services/products and generate interest.Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget, to pass qualified leads to the sales team.Campaign Management: Run lead generation campaigns using various tools and platforms, ensuring timely follow-up and effective tracking.Market Research: Stay updated on FinTech trends and analyze competitor offerings to effectively target potential leads.CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data and track activities within the CRM system to ensure timely and efficient lead management.ICP & Persona Understanding: Have a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to effectively target the right leads.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement.Skills & Requirements:Fluency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with leads and present the company’s offerings clearly and effectively.Research Skills: Excellent research skills to identify leads within the FinTech industry using various sources and tools.Understanding of FinTech Trends: Familiarity with the latest trends and developments in the FinTech sector.Proficient in Excel: Ability to manage and analyze lead data, track performance, and create reports in Excel.Targeting ICP & Persona: Well-versed in identifying and targeting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas to optimize lead generation efforts.Campaign Knowledge: Experience running lead generation campaigns, utilizing campaign tools to optimize reach and effectiveness.Lead Generation Channels: Knowledge of various lead generation channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) and best practices.LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential leads.Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to learning, solving problems, and contributing to the overall success of the business.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).Previous internship experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, especially in the FinTech industry, is a plus.A desire to learn and grow within the lead generation and sales domain.
