ISS India has climbed to the 7th position in 2024 and our 3rd time in the coveted TOP 10, reaffirming our dedication to nurturing a High-trust, High-Performance culture.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for complete end-to-end Presales & Bid Management.Working in close collaboration with the Commercial Sales team, Operations, internal SMEs, and other support teams to prepare effective and custom-made quality proposals, executive summaries, bid solutions, and presentations. Ensuring completion within the stipulated timeline.Managing and updating centralized repositories for all bids / proposals / capability presentations and references.Bid production, publishing, and communication of process documentation, sales documents, RFXs, and distribution of project plans for bidBid production, publishing, and communication of process documentation, sales documents, RFIs/RFPs, as well as the distribution of bid plans.Understanding customer requirements (needs and wants, meaning behind words), devise a successful strategy for winning the bid, and pinpointing the unique selling points (key differentiators).Creating storylines and themes for various bids, along with segment-wise value propositions for winning the bids. Co-creating proposal content and delivering client presentations to help close deals.Producing RFP responses as required by customer process. Providing ‘Final Finishing’ of sales presentations and proposals with respect to editing, image and branding, spelling, and overall presentation, ensuring compliance with ISS and Customer processes.Support analysis client requirements and drivers, competitor strengths and weakness.Collaborate and request for necessary client information through internal Global Bid platform.Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Graduate/ Post-graduate with 7+ years relevant work experience in a similar role/industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience with writing technical solutions, pitches, proposals for global customersHigh attention to detail with excellent editing and proofing ability and persistent way of workingHave excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skillsA team player with ability to multitask in demanding work environment.Willingness to learn and working under tight timelines
