As part of the Finance team, you will play a critical role in partnering with finance and operations leaders to design scalable data systems, automate compliance processes, and extract actionable insights from complex data sets. The ideal candidate is a sharp analytical thinker with a strong statistical background, passionate about driving data-backed decisions across finance and supply chain functions.● Partner with finance management teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.● Work with Operations and support function teams on designing, building and deploying data analysis systems for large data sets and extracting meaningful data for Business Finance teams.● Create algorithms to extract information from large data sets.● Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation, model implementation and large scale data analysis.● Develop metrics and prototypes that can be used to drive business decisions.● Design scorecards for business units and automate reports for internal and external stakeholders.● Drive compliance automation with Product and Tech, SPOC for any compliance-related development from the Business Finance team.What you’ll need?● Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations with 3 to 5+ yrs experience with real data in e-commerce/Supply Chain space.● Innovative and strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers.● Proficiency with statistical analysis tools, BigQuery, SQL, etc.● Extensive experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.● Expert at data visualization and presentation.● Excellent critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your beliefs clearly and compellingly verbally and in written form.Who will excel?● We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.● You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.● We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.● noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
