Job Title: Client Relationship Manager Location: Remote Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing BFSI clients across the US and Canada. The primary focus of this role is to re-engage underutilized accounts, understand client needs, and bring in new staffing and project requirements from existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the staffing or consulting industry and a proven ability to drive business within key accounts.Responsibilities:Account Revitalization: Identify and re-engage dormant clients to generate new staffing or project requirements.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with BFSI stakeholders (hiring managers, procurement) to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.Requirement Generation: Drive new job requirements from existing accounts; coordinate with delivery teams for successful fulfillment.Strategic Planning: Develop account-specific growth plans to strengthen Soho’s footprint in client organizations.Market Awareness: Monitor BFSI trends and client changes to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Internal Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, sales, and leadership to ensure aligned and efficient service delivery.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.Experience: 6+ years in account management within the staffing or consulting industry, focused on North American BFSI clients.Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Staff Augmentation and SOW models. Knowledge of cloud migration, API development, or financial regulatory reporting is an added advantage.Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning abilities.Work Environment: Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment with occasional travel as needed.
