ResponsibilitiesThe mission of this role is to build a supply of 1200+ riders with a 90% live fleet and a positive wallet.Attaining a 600+ live count number within 3 months in the clusterEnsuring maximum rider NPS as per the city targetsEnsuring a high level of discipline, efficiency and processes are made to improve the cluster Functional CompetenciesMust HaveExcellent People management skills: Have hired, managed, fired and grown the Ops team under him/her. Experienced in handling 50-100 team membersExperience working in high-pressure, target-driven roles with high-volume SKUs.Ability to prioritise - Plan and deploy resources efficiently: Prioritise multiple operations in the field and know which one to focus on.Process Adherence: Ability to create processes and see to it that they are implemented across the teamHands-on experience with Google Sheets and Word to ensure proper data records and planningShould have prior experience in Vendor or Operator ManagementConversational Fluency in Local LanguageAbility to work long and odd hours. Flexible (and should have done) to be in the field early morning, late nights and for long hours on the fieldAttention to detail - doesn’t miss out on small details, asks probing questions to understand underlying issues and goes deeper into the problem
