Agile minds are at our core, with a continuous endeavor to invest in talent.Roles & Responsibilities:Design and implement the overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsSource and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etcScreen candidates' resumes and job applicationsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking SystemConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the scheduleAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesOnboard new employees to become fully integratedProvide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teamAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processQualificationsFresher to 6 months of experience in an agency setupKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Effective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with the Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated ability to meet quotas
