Job Title: Ad Specialist – Digital MarketingExperience Required: 4–5 Years (Minimum)Location: Remote (India)Job Type: Full-time, Individual ContributorCompensation: As per industry standardsAbout the Role:We are seeking a self-driven, highly experienced Ad Specialist with a deep understanding of digital advertising across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns for multiple clients across various industries. This role demands a performance-oriented individual with strong technical expertise, familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to handle end-to-end advertising operations independently.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms – Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Amazon, and emerging ad networks.Client Management: Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, understanding unique business goals and tailoring campaigns accordingly.Budget & Bidding Management: Manage monthly/quarterly budgets, track ROAS, optimize bids, and ensure efficient spending across campaigns.Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, Conversion Rate), A/B testing of creatives/ad copies, and implement data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.Analytics & Reporting: Create weekly/monthly reports and actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform-specific dashboards.Ad Tech Expertise: Address and resolve technical challenges such as tracking issues, pixel implementation, attribution, and platform integrations.AI Tool Utilization: Leverage AI tools for ad copy generation, audience segmentation, trend forecasting, creative insights, and automation.Compliance & Quality Checks: Ensure all campaigns follow platform policies, brand guidelines, and industry standards.Requirements:Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns across major digital ad platforms.Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts across industries.Strong knowledge of advertising metrics, digital funnels, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and attribution models.Familiarity with ad operations tools (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, GA4, UTM tracking, etc.).Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper, or similar for marketing automation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Nice to Have:Experience with Programmatic Advertising, Native Ads, and Influencer Ads.Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) to guide creative teams.Understanding of SEO/SEM integration strategies.Perks:100% Remote WorkFlexible Working HoursOpportunity to work with diverse industriesGrowth-oriented environment with autonomy and ownershipExposure to cutting-edge tools and marketing trends
