As we expand our global team, we are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring for top-tier Amazon marketing roles.This is a strategic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a growth environment and understands the talent needs of a performance-driven agency.Core Responsibilities:Source and attract top talent for roles including PPC managers, brand managers, designers, and operations staffWrite and publish compelling job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidatesManage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managersUse ClickUp, TestGorilla, and Airtable to manage recruitment workflowsCommunicate proactively with applicants and ensure a smooth candidate experienceMaintain hiring timelines and weekly reporting on progress and KPIsCollaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and culture fitRefine and improve recruitment SOPs as neededRequirements:2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency or marketing environmentExcellent English communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized and process-driven with experience managing hiring pipelinesFamiliarity with remote hiring tools like TestGorilla, ClickUp, Google Meet, etc.Comfortable handling multiple roles at once and meeting deadlinesKnowledge of the Amazon ecosystem and marketing roles is a big plusStrong people judgment and understanding of personality/culture fitGigabrain Benefits:Competitive compensation based on experience7 Paid Company HolidaysEntrepreneurial environment—freedom to grow and leadFully remote with 9 am – 5 pm EST working hours requiredTo apply for this position, fill out this form:upload your resume.
