MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with business goals to achieve revenue and volume targets.Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring capability development and alignment to organizational goals.Channel Management: Expand and strengthen distributor, retailer, and trade networks for optimal market penetrationMarket Expansion: Identify and develop new markets, ensuring product availability and visibility across rural and urban segments.Revenue Management: Drive topline growth and maintain sustainable profitability through pricing strategies and cost controls.
