With a special focus on RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), we target high-value industries such as pharmaceutical, legal, and finance, offering modularized RAG technologies to deliver customized solutions for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain frontend applications using technologies such as React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScriptCollaborate with designers and product managers to build visually appealing and user-friendly interfacesImprove existing applications and integrate AI APIs to ensure seamless interaction between the user experience and AI modelsBuild scalable and stable applications through frontend architecture design and performance optimizationContinuously improve UI/UX based on user feedback and deliver solutions aligned with business objectivesCommunicate and manage projects efficiently while working with a global team, including developers based in the U.S. and IndiaAdopt the latest frontend technologies and tools to strengthen the team’s technical capabilities and maintain high code qualityKey Skill SetsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of frontend development experience using React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScriptStrong understanding of web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibilitySolid understanding of UI/UX design principles with a strong sense for user experienceAbility to translate design wireframes into functional UI componentsExperience integrating AI APIs with frontend applications to ensure smooth user interactionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsThe compensation for this full-time position is between 100k - 250k including bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
