Job descriptionWe are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsman to join our liasioning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and design, with proficiency in CAD software and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings, models, and plans.Role & responsibilitiesPrepare detailed architectural drawings and designs based on project specifications and guidelines.Collaborate with architects and project managers to develop design concepts and proposals.Revise and modify existing drawings as needed based on feedback and changes in project scope.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Create 3D models and visualizations to assist in project presentations.Maintain accurate project documentation and drawings in both digital and physical formats.Coordinate with other team members, including engineers and construction teams, to ensure design feasibility.Stay updated on the latest design trends, software, and technologies in the architectural field.Preferred candidate profileKnowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino).Experience with sustainable design practices.Familiarity with project management software.
