This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, branding, and digital culture, who thrives on building relationships and growing a brand’s visibility through UGC, influencer partnerships, and event opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Influencer & UGC ManagementIdentify, reach out to, and manage relationships with influencers and content creatorsCoordinate UGC content creation and ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and goalsTrack deliverables and maintain communication with creatorsBrand Collaborations & OutreachResearch potential brand partners and collaboration opportunitiesPitch and coordinate partnership initiativesHelp execute and promote collaborative campaignsEvent Research & StrategyResearch relevant pop-ups, exhibitions, and events for brand presenceEvaluate event suitability and present recommendationsCoordinate logistics and represent the brand at selected events (if required)Coordination & ReportingMaintain trackers and databases of collaborations, creators, and event leadsShare regular reports on campaign performance and outreach resultsWhat We're Looking For:A graduate in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or related fieldsStrong interest in fashion, branding, and content trendsConfident communicator — written and verbalHighly organized with the ability to multitaskProactive, creative, and a self-starterBasic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Bonus if you have:Prior internship or freelance experience in influencer marketing, PR, or fashion brandingInterest in or knowledge of the Indian fashion landscapeWhy Join Us?Be part of a fashion-forward brand reshaping western womenswear in India.Work in a creative and driven team from our Jaipur Office.High ownership and strategic role in brand growth.A space to turn your ideas into brand-defining moves.
