During the probation period, you will receive a stipend.Key Responsibilities:Participate in the design and development of detailed test strategies for various software products to ensure they meet our client's specifications and high-quality standards.Execute test plans and scripts to detect bugs, verify functionality, and ensure the accuracy of software systems.Log and document bugs in the tracking system and work closely with the software development team to ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and develop appropriate test methodologies.Assist in the maintenance and improvement of automated test scripts and tools.Ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards, and those standards set forth by upstream sources.Participate in team meetings and provide input on how to improve the QA process.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to learn new technologies quickly.Automation scripting knowledge with Selenium or equivalent automation tool.Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is a plus.Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.A good understanding of SQL and scripting.
