JD for Sprinkler We are seeking an experienced and innovative Platform Manager Social Programming to lead and manage content strategy and programming across our social media platforms This role is pivotal in shaping the voice tone and engagement strategies across channels such as Instagram TikTok YouTube X Twitter Facebook and emerging platforms The ideal candidate understands social media trends audience behaviour and platform best practices to drive growth and engagementKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute platform specific content programming strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing goalsManage the social content calendar ensuring consistent publishing cadence and alignment with campaign prioritiesCollaborate with creative editorial and marketing teams to plan and produce engaging content tailored to each platformAnalyze performance metrics and user engagement across platforms to optimize content and programming strategiesStay current with platform updates algorithm changes and industry trends to inform strategyWork with influencers brand ambassadors and community managers to enhance reach and community interactionEnsure brand voice consistency across all social platformsPartner with paid media teams to align organic and paid social effortsManage platform specific experiments and AB tests to refine approachesOversee a small team of social media specialists or external agency partners if applicableQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field5 years of experience in social media or digital content strategy preferably in a platform management roleDeep understanding of major social platforms and how to build content strategies around themStrong analytical skills and experience with social analytics tools eg Sprout Sprinklr Meta Business Suite Google AnalyticsExcellent communication project management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fastpaced content heavy environment
