Job Title: Manager StrategyReporting to: Head Strategy Location: MumbaiProfile Overview:The Manager Strategy will be working closely with the Head Strategy and the Director of the Organization, to ensure that strategic goals and objectives are accomplished, operations run efficiently, and industry best practices are implemented. The role will provide additional support to executive leadership team, as directed. He / she will coordinate with internal and external resources to expedite workflows. The ideal candidate will have a management qualification from a premier institute, with a background of working on strategic growth projects and initiatives, preferably with any manufacturing Industry.Responsibilities:Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that Leadership Teams priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheldShould have worked closely with cross-functional teams for automation, process improvementDriving strategic projects to improve operational efficiencyPrepare business cases and supporting financials for tapping new and upcoming business opportunitiesQualifications:Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics, ProductionMBA from a premier college / university.2 - 4 years in a Consultancy with experience in Manufacturing Function and Supply Chain (Demand plannings, Inventory Management, Logistics & Warehouse Management) Required Skills:Strategic thinking, growth orientation and drive for resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsStrong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projectsFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and challenges
