About the Role:We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Leader – ERP to lead the development, integration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, especially on Oracle ERP for our esteemed customers. A visionary leader with technical expertise in ERP platforms, a solid understanding of business processes, and a capacity to grow large-scale teams managing the delivery of development and AMS engagements. The Engineering leader is responsible for delivering the ERP Application based services through our high-performance teams across the delivery centers of CriticalRiver. Key Responsibilities:ERP Strategy & Architecture: Establish and spearhead the technical direction for ERP systems, aligned with business goals and industry standards.Solution Design & Implementation and AMS : Oversee the design, build, and delivery and Support of ERP solutions and integrations.Technology Leadership: Outpace cutting-edge ERP trends, tools, and best practices to deliver stronger system performance and features.Team Leadership & Development: Develop, guide, and lead a high-performing engineering team with a culture of innovation and excellence.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to define requirements, promote adoption, and implement scalable solutions.Data & Security Governance: Help Implement ERP systems with security, compliance, and data governance best practices.-Performance Optimization: Ongoing system performance, reliability, and efficiency monitoring and improvements through automation and process enhancement.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Vendor, consultant, and third-party service provider relationship management to ensure successful implementation and support of ERP applications for our esteemed customers.Key Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: 20+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP development, implementation, and leadership, especially Oracle ERP based applications Proven track record of managing ERP Delivery across the geographies and build and manage global teams. Technical Expertise: - Practical experience with top ERP platforms (Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Workday). - Experience in cloud-based ERP solutions (on Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Deep understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, HRMS, Finance, Supply Chain). - Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Leadership & Communication:- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience of engineering teams.- Ability to explain advanced technical concepts to business users.- Strong project management and problem-solving expertise.Domain Knowledge: Having experience with ERP implementations in the areas of Finance, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing would be an asset.
