This role is ideal for someone who doesn't just manage campaigns but owns the strategy, identifies what’s not working, and knows exactly how to fix it.You’ll lead paid media efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads for a mix of eCommerce and high-ticket service-based clients. Roles & Responsibilities Build and lead multi-platform PPC strategies that align with business goals (ROAS, CPA, Revenue, CPL, etc.) Perform in-depth audits of Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts and provide improvement roadmaps Strategically plan and optimize campaigns (Search, PMax, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Meta Campaigns) Collaborate with internal teams for ad copy, creative reviews, and landing page suggestions Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns with data-backed action plans Participate in or lead client calls, providing clarity on strategy, optimizations, and next steps Translate client objectives into performance-focused ad strategies Train, support, and mentor junior PPC team members Stay ahead of platform changes, testing new campaign types and bidding strategies Skills & Characteristics3–5 years of proven experience in PPC strategy and campaign managementStrong knowledge of both eCommerce and service-based industries, especially high-ticket modelsExpertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center, Looker StudioAbility to read and act on metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, CPExcellent skills in campaign structure, budgeting, and strategic scalingStrong communicator — can simplify insights for clients and guide execution teams effectivelyStrategic mindset — always thinking about how to improve performance or scale accountsExperience in building SOPs, checklists, and guiding process improvement is a plus Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field Job location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad For more information, please visit
