They will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing and selection, background checks and offer lettersOversee employee relations and communications, including conducting investigations, and handling employee complaintsAdminister employee benefits programsFoster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of open communication, respect, and teamworkStay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to HR policies and proceduresPrepare and manage the HR budget, and make cost-effective recommendations for employee programsProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issuesEnsure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirementsManage performance management and improvement systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching/disciplinary actionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldAt least 4-5 years of experience in HR managementStrong knowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and lawsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to develop and implement HR strategies and programsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProficiency in HRIS systems, Tally and Microsoft OfficeExperience in the hospitality industry preferredIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for HR and a commitment to employee well-being, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
