In this role, you will collaborate closely with department heads to build high-performing teams that align with our company’s mission and growth goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute effective sourcing strategies for tech and non-tech rolesManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboardingPartner with leadership to understand business needs and develop workforce plansBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and partnershipsCoordinate and conduct campus hiring and placement drives across universitiesEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processMonitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)Maintain compliance with employment laws and best HR practicesRequirements3–6 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in tech/startup environmentsExcellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and modern hiring platformsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in hiring for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, AI) is a plusFamiliarity with ATS tools and recruitment automationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhy Join Crudcook?Work with a fast-growing global tech companyMake a direct impact on team building and company growthGreat exposure to cross-functional teams and international hiringDynamic and inclusive work culture
